Post Injury Using The Buu To Baki System

The first image is me after a leg injury and covid at the beginning of 2021.

It set me back quite a bit and I fell into a whole after just moving across the country and taking SHJ Headquarters from New York to Florida in hopes for more space and more time training outdoors!

Instead I was unable to train and sick as a dog.
