These can be done AS your workout or in addition to your normal routine. I have done my best to break down the reps into daily counts for all kinds of people aka aspiring SuperHumans.
How it works
Well it’s pretty simple…I’m giving you a challenge and it’s your job to get it done! We’re going to do our best to complete all the necessary movements and rep counts within 60 days. And then we will rinse and repeat until these movements are just going to be like second nature!
How to start
All you have to do is start! It’s as simple as that. There’s no better time to start then NOW!

The SuperHuman Challenge
Start Date: Create your Own
End Date: 60 Days After the Start (Duh!)
Here’s a break-down of what you need to accomplish:
2400 Push Ups – 2400 Lunges – 2400 Sit Ups
1200 Pull Ups – 1200 Squats – 1200 Dips
Here’s a break-down of how you’re going to accomplish it:
6.25 Miles a Week (slow steady walks, interval running, two 5k’s, etc.)
3 Days a Week of 100 Reps a Day or 5 Days a Week of 60
3 Days a Week of 50 Reps a Day or 5 Days a Week of 30
