Hero Quests are 30 Day Quests that are specific to a certain type of training style. Our first ever Superhero Quest is based around calisthenics and is an early release for everyone home avoiding COVID-19.

Inspiration: This program is built around triathlon prep but will incorporate tons of different training methods (including Marathon Prep and smaller races) to increase your stamina while building muscle.
Usage: This is perfect for preparing for a 5k, 10k, Half or Full Marathon, Triathlon or even just to increase your overall performance levels.
