I'm the guy who came over from The Dark Side of the fitness industry (Hellll yessss that's a double meaning for both Star Wars reference AND scummy fitness sales people) to coach nerds and awesome people to unleash their inner SuperHumans.

After researching well over 300 celebrity transformations and creating another 1000 workout routines based around our communities favorite characters on top of that, I've pretty much guinea pigged every type of training and dietary guideline there is.
