Of course I always want to deliver the absolute best content I can when I create routines for The SHJ Army, but this time around we had over a year of working with members who were utilizing the original programs that we have now updated.
With that we were able to tweak and manipulate little pieces of what we continue to learn from our celebrity research.

We now have over 400 workout routines on Superhero Jacked.
More than half of those are from research I've done on celebrities so that we can unlock our Hollywood Physique.
That's over 250 celebrities I've researched.
From that I've drawn inspiration from those who work the smartest and in turn achieve the most.
We don't ALWAYS have to be the hardest workout in the room (although it helps), but we can be the smartest and utilize all the tactics that hundreds of celebrities are using to get into shape for their roles.
For each of our Volume Two Superhero Programs I've selected the physiques of the celebrities I believe are most fitting to the goal of each program and drew inspiration from them to build a piece of them into the program itself.
I did the same with our Bodyweight Book when I based it around Jason Statham and the success I had myself, and the success of our members was overwhelming.
