SHJ DAILY QUESTS
Here at SHJ we strive to unleash our inner superhuman without giving up our humanity.
(Hence why we say superHUMAN instead of superhero; because it's okay to be human.)
While there are a TON of other things we could add to this list of Daily Quests, these are the ones we find the most important to strive for on a daily basis in order to keep your progress to superhuman efficient, effective and sustainable.
Below I have a compilation of both free and paid resources that will better help you complete your Daily Quests each day.
We also have Daily Quests inside our SHJ App that allows members to check-in every single day and complete their quests for an extra layer of accountability with me (your coach).
YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE AND/OR DAILY ACTIVITY GOAL
We obviously have you well covered in that department. Our Workout Database is quickly approaching over 1,000 workout routines consisting of research on celebrities and the world's top performers, and also character inspired workouts.
Any workout you choose is a great place to start. Scale it. Get moving. Start slow. Work your way up.
If you're a little more advanced you can begin working your way through different programs on a monthly basis, or even use our Upgrade Tool and Calculators inside our Academy to take ANY of these routines to the next level.
If you're looking for a calisthenics (or home based) workout on the site, the best [free] bet is our Ultimate Calisthenics Workout Routine & Guide, which covers TONS of resources and other workouts, and then also takes you through five levels of different programs as you scale up and progress.
If you're looking for a weightlifting program, circuit program, or even jump rope program, your best bet is to hit to the Workout Database and scan through for some of your favorite celebrities or characters for inspiration.

YOUR CALORIE AND PROTEIN GOALS
The saying "abs are made in the kitchen" is serious, for the most part.
Your nutrition is going to be an extremely vital part of your overall transformation, so although we put a large focus into training here at SHJ, we also strive to find the most effective, efficient and sustainable nutrition system that is unique to every single individual.
Each one of our programs (The Academy and Superhuman System) come with in depth nutrition focus, but we also have our SHJ Nutrition System that goes into even more depth and specifically hones in on nailing down YOUR diet and goals.
In each of our programs mentioned above we do use exclusive nutrition calculators that have been tested by myself, coaches and members to allow for more sustainable caloric and protein levels, but we also have plenty of free resources within our Nutrition Pillars that can help you set up a system as well.
It's important to realize that your calories are what are going to allow you to gain or lose weight, while your protein intake is what will allow you to gain or maintain muscle during weight loss/gain (as well as help with satiation and other factors).
Once you take control of your diet and use the tools available to make it sustainable while adding in little pieces of yourself (things that work specifically for you) your nutrition and transformation becomes 100X easier and more effective.
It's also important to note that we don't discriminate against any diet. We know everything works, it just depends on what is right for you and what is going to allow you to be in a caloric surplus or deficit depending on your goals.
Our Nutrition System allows you to add in ANY type of nutritional restriction on top of our proven system.
YOUR WATER, SLEEP AND SUNLIGHT GOALS
Our three other Daily Quests are all things that will drastically improve our performance levels (and therefore our ability to perform our first quest more efficiently and effectively), recovery (and therefore making our first three quests improved as well), and the way we feel as well (which is what really matters here, right?).
Of course some these may seem simple to some people, but harder for others, and that's completely fine!
Our blog has articles about the importance of sleep, water, sunlight and tons of others things (like vitamins/supplements and more) that drastically improve our overall health and well-being, so making sure you're checking there and getting our Weekly Newsletter with new content is one of the first things you should be doing, but I also want to help you get started as well.
I have improved my overall routine by adding in some tech and support through trial and error.
Some of the things I utilize on a daily basis, outside of supplementation, are filtered water bottles/jugs, sunrise alarm clock and sleep app(s), and even happy lights for days I'm unable to get outside and get direct sunlight.
Where or not you need these things to support your Daily Quests is completely up to you, but making sure you complete them sustainably on a daily basis is the real goal. How YOU specifically do that is special to YOU.
