When Brandon found out we were releasing a new bonus path for Saiyans into The Academy, he was immediately ready to pivot.
And his transformation shows he made a good choice!
He decided he wanted to step it up a notch and start ‘Training Insaiyan”! He wanted to transform his body, and also asked me if it was possible to lose fat, WHILE gaining muscle and toning.
I said: “Hell. Yes!” – in case you were wondering…?
Today, we’re going to go through Brandon’s transformation and see some of the pictures of what The Saiyan Path and The SuperHuman Diet has enabled him to do.
Brandon’s Stats:
Height: 5’6
Weight Change:Â 135-155 lbs.
Age: 18 years old
Normally I’d compare height and insert other celebs around the same (if this was a celeb workout/diet), but we’ll give Brandon a break and let him fly solo on this one.
The Beginning of a Saiyan
In his younger years, Brandon was called a “Meatball”.
From there he lost the weight, and grew into a body he still wanted to perfect.
He considered himself “skinny” or “small”, and wanted to gain muscle to perform athletic movements, and lift heavier weights – WHILE not gaining too much mass and achieving a “toned and shredded build”.
Insert The Superhero Academy guidelines and we’re off and rollin’.
I immediately recommended Brandon The SuperHuman Diet which promotes fat loss, while enabling muscle gain and toning. We break down the diet step by step in The Academy, but we also offer all the nutrition pillars separately for free right here on the site!
Knowing he can’t out-run, or out-train his diet, even when toning and bulking is the goal, Brandon put The SuperHuman Diet into play.
From there toning and leaning out was almost immediate.
He then asked to be on of the first to try out The Saiyan Path he saw I was creating.
That just accelerated his transformation to new heights.
Unleashing The Saiyan
The Saiyan Path was exactly what Brandon was looking for, and he continues to utilize it.
His stats on his weightlifting have all gone up exponentially, his nutrition is more sustainable than it has ever been, and his overall health and fitness was taken to new levels.
Possibly even over … 9,000!!!!!!
You had to know I was adding it somewhere in here…right?
Brandon also hit his first muscle-up and continues to PR (personal record) all of his lists.
His favorite is, like John Krasinski and many others, the bench press.
He’s currently shooting to rep 225 pounds.
More to come…A Super Saiyan in the making…
So, let’s here it for Brandon and his transformation, but let’s also keep an eye out for more to come.
We have other members in The Academy utilizing The Saiyan Path to great success, and I can’t wait for more transformations to come from it.
If you’re a beginner and want to work your way up to The Saiyan Path we also have our Squire to Knight Path for absolute beginners for you, so don’t hesitate to get started.
Congratulations Brandon!!!
Keep it up!
