We’ve obviously seen Chris Hemsworth’s workout (and an updated version two), and also Thor’s character workout, but now we have a video guide of a Thor Inspired Kettlebell Workout to add to the list!
If you’re not sure why we chose kettlebell’s…well…Mjölnir, duh!
This workout may or may not make you worthy enough to wield it…you’ll just have to try it out and find out.
