What’s up, Superhumans?
You’ve made it to a list of all things awesome.
And by that I mean we’re going to be talking about all the things I’m up to…currently.
I’ll give you some bullet points of my current training, nutritional guidelines, what I’m reading, watching, gaming and more.
Hopefully this share will be a fun way to interact and open either conversation or just give ideas for you guys.
Or just make it easier for you to stalk me.
Let’s get right into it.
My Current Training:
I’m currently utilizing our new Superhero Program: Hollywood Secrets Boot Camp in conjunction with some of our plug and play packets in The Academy to specifically target cupping my chest.
My Current Nutrition:
I’m currently pairing the boot camp with The Greek God Class inside The Academy because I basically have my “go-to” choices for food and calorie counting down to a science. (I share all the details of my specific “go-to” meals (obviously including Monster Energy Drinks and Chipotle) inside all of our programs.
What I’m Reading:
I’m currently devouring the book:
It’s amazing. But you have to be willing to read about rhetoric, because if you’re not going to be even the slightest bit interested in learning how to better win an argument…or maybe the topic of persuasion just doesn’t turn you on; well then maybe this one should be a hard pass for you.
My Guilty Pleasure Read:
I’m also currently reading this one on the side. Slowly. Sometimes when I need to take a break from the TV before bed and what my brain really needs is 50 or so pages of nonfiction.
What I’m Watching:
Television:
Too much. I’m watching too much to even keep up with. There’s too much content to even watch what I want to watch. I WANT to be watching the new season of Vikings, Peaky Blinders and Titans, but I can’t even come close to them because I have so much other content to keep up with like:
The Mandalorian, Rick and Morty, An Array of CW Shows (Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, Batwoman, Nancy Drew and more), and now The Witcher (which I’m making a priority).
Oh, and I also just finished Watchmen which was incredible, and I’m struggling to keep up with His Dark Materials because of my content overload.
Movies:
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker
I just did our post on Star Wars Workouts and saw the movie the same day and it was absolutely freakin’ incredible. Obviously there’s going to be people (a lot of them I’m sure) who flood Facebook with their hate for the trilogy and this move; but guess what….it did all the things a Star Wars movie is supposed to do for you. You’re going to feel all the feelings you should feel and have all the emotions you should have during this movie. Enjoy it!
Knives Out
Right off the bat I’m say this one was a lot of fun, with a cast just as fun. It was great to see Chris Evans and Daniel Craig play their parts, on top of stars like Jamie Lee Curtis and more.
I liked the quirkiness of the movie and the fun tone they had; while of course the fact that it was paying tribute to Agatha Christie, but it just didn’t hit ALL the marks for me. Fun but not amazing.
Nerdom:
My current nerdom, aside from my reading and watching categories gravitating to the nerdiest topics of course, consists of mainly gaming. I have been playing mainly Teamfight Tactics, but also some Hearthstone Battleground and a little bit of the new expansion as well.
What are you up to?
I’d love to hear about it.Â
No spoilers, though! 😛
