INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber (peeled)
- 1/2 of whole avocado
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 4 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender combine all the ingredients (except slivered almonds) and blend well.
Pour the smoothie into the serving glasses and mix in slivered almonds.
Enjoy immediately.
