- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅓ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon zero calorie maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 2 strawberries (diced)
- Fill your mason jar with your rolled oats, almond milk, low fat Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and zero calorie maple syrup. Stir until combined.
