INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen berries (I use frozen)
- 2-3 Packets of Stevia or Sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all your ingredients to a small sauce pan and turn on stove at medium heat.
- Stir until everything is mixed together well.
- Bring stove to a low boil and turn down to simmer 3-4 minutes or until thick.
- Serve into a serving bowl and let cool slightly before eating.
- OPTIONAL: Top with fresh berries, almond milk, or milk if you would like (not included in nutrition facts below).
