Omari Hardwick is JACKED.
But, as we know, you don’t just get jacked by strictly working out; diet plays a huge part of the success in our transformations, and what kind of transformation we’ll have.
Omari Hardwick knows that, and his diet is one that is quite meticulous, although he does add a few swaps here and there.
In order to stay shredded Hardwick likes to have his “go-to” meals, as I do as well (I actually share them in our SHJ Nutrition System).
He even calls himself “pretty OCD” about his breakfast.
In our original Omari Hardwick Workout Routine and Diet Plan article we discuss a slew of information ranging from his nutrition all the way to his actual training, but for the sake of his diet plan I want to use some information we shared from an interview with The New Potato.
Here’s the quote about his OCD breakfast:
“I would say for breakfast, I’m pretty OCD. It’s oatmeal with fresh berries and brown sugar, or toast and egg whites with turkey — and some orange juice and water,” he said.
And that information was obviously too good to not build on, which is where we’re getting his entire daily meal plan from!
Straight from the source, just how it should be.
Thankfully Omari Hardwick was nice enough to share his full diet plan, like some of the others we’ve now seen while growing out our Celeb Diet Database to go along with all of our workouts in the Workout Database.
But, remember, all of our initial (over 300) celebrity workout routines are also paired with nutrition research and any diet plan information we could find while building our initial articles.
Now we just want to make sure you can find all the information you can utilize!

Omari Hardwick Diet Plan
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh berries and brown sugar, or toast and egg whites with turkey — and some orange juice and water.
Lunch: Pasta to keep the energy going for the day — maybe a bow-tie pasta with tomato sauce and meatballs, sometimes with turkey meat. Also some steamed vegetables or a mixed salad with avocado and fruit. I tend to drink water all day, but maybe a ginger ale for lunch. I also like to treat myself to an oatmeal cookie.
Dinner: Pecan-crusted salmon if I’m feeling good or had a good workout. If not, just grilled salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. If I’m in a rush in Los Angeles, there is a place called Tender Greens that’s really good, fresh and inexpensive,” he added.
Snacks: Apples, dried fruit, and trail mix. The apple ritual is so big for me that the cast will bring them to me. They all try to figure out which ones I like best.
