This isn’t the first time we’ve had a diet plan from Jennifer Lopez at SHJ.
Actually the last one even involved A-Rod as well!
In our original Jennifer Lopez Workout Routine and Diet Plan we saw her training style and also talked about how her and A-Rod utilize low carb dieting at time they need to really cut down a little extra.
This time we’re going to be getting a fully daily breakdown of the foods that Lopez eats to his her daily calorie count of around 1,400 calories.
Oh, and the best part?
She even shares the exact ingredients in each of her meals…!
But before we jump immediately to the full daily diet plan I do want to mention some of her dietary pillars that we shared in our last article.
Here’s what Lopez shared:
- Water, water and more water
- Cut caffeine and alcohol (in moderation/J-Lo drinks decaf coffee)
- Clean eating
- Smart snacking
If you want more options for “clean eating” other than what I’ll share below we did share a couple other meals in the original article straight from J-Lo.
But, let’s jump into J-Lo’s breakdown of those pillars within her full day of eating below.
