We recently saw a couple celebrities that bring us back to our roots here at SHJ with intermittent fasting, but for this one we’re actually going to be extremely precise, down to the exact calorie that Carli Lloyd shared with People Magazine in an interview about a sample daily meal plan.
They told us she lives by a pretty simple dietary philosophy:
“Eat often, eat healthy.”
I can dig it.
They also state:
“Focusing on a clean diet has completely changed my outlook on my overall health and well-being,” the 5’7″ Olympic soccer star, 34, tells PEOPLE. “I know that when I eat better, I feel better.”
And Lloyd continues on to finally state (which is a pretty good closer if I may add):
“You don’t put regular gas into a Ferrari!”
