Our last two jump rope inspired character workouts were from Goku and Deku, which were the first anime characters to make it into our Jump Rope Workouts Database!
Now this week I’m bringing in their counterparts with Vegeta and All Might!
You guys know from our Anime Workout Routines Database that I LOVE doing this with our characters, especially Vegeta and Goku, so I’m sure there’s a handful of you who saw this coming.
If you’re a DBZ fan like I expect you are, you’ll know that Vegeta and Goku are always going head to head to be the very best and Vegeta is always stepping up his training a notch (and mad when Goku tries training without him)!
For that reason you’ll find hints of Goku’s training within this one, but with a Vegeta twist to it!

That being said, this isn’t the first time Vegeta has landed on SHJ (if that wasn’t clear).

When we saw our Top Character Workouts EVER at SHJ (based on user scoring), both Vegeta AND Goku made the list.
Although now with an updated list Deku has climbed his way to the top with our Deku Workout Routine.
But, anyways, for this one I’ll be incorporating calisthenics like we know Vegeta has utilized (especially in his Hyperbolic Time Chamber sequences for training), and other weighted training methods we’ve seen him used with both Whis and other sections of the show.

The Vegeta Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our newย jump rope workoutsย can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale.ย They emulate ourย Superhuman Systemย training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users.ย You can complete them by doing the โRoundsโ as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it).ย You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, donโt forget to eventuallyย level up your jump rope and/or speed ropeย as you progress through theseย jump rope workouts.
