We have DEFINITELY not seen enough Deadpool here at SHJ.
We have our original routine inspired by the merc in red: Deadpool Workout Routine, but outside of that we haven’t brought him in for anymore backup outside of our WADE Benchmark Workout inside The Superhuman System and a lot of Ryan Reynolds.
But, being that we’re here and I’m realizing we need a lot more Deadpool, I solemnly swear to also get a Deadpool inspired calisthenics workout up on the site in the next few weeks as well.
Seeing as how he’s definitely one of my favorite character (he’s even tattooed on my left arm), it’s a bit odd that he isn’t featured as much as some other characters, but I suppose that’s because I may put him at a higher standard.

We were original on an anime workout tear here at SHJ, but with the news of Deadpool 3 and Ryan Reynolds coming to the MCU and it finally being “official”, I knew it was a good time to bring him back.
And although our Anime Workouts Database has been getting some love, our Superhero Workouts inside The Workout Database were the first to appear inside our newly formed Jump Rope Workouts Database.
But this week we’re back to Marvel with both Deadpool and a special friend of Ryan Reynolds we’ll be seeing next!

The Deadpool Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
