It’s time to move over to some DC Comics inspiration for this week’s jump rope workouts.
Starting by drawing inspiration from none other than Harley Quinn!
We jumped over to anime workouts for a bit being that we went on quite a tear through them while also expanding on our Anime Workouts Database, but then hopped back over to Marvel, and now here we are!
We’ve been seeing a lot of news for The Snyder Cut come out recently, so originally I was going to do two character specific to it, but I decided making a nice Harley Quinn Jump Rope AND Hammer Workout was just too goo to pass up.

If you don’t have a sledgehammer like Harley, that’s okay, you can sub out some kettlebell movements, or even use a barbell or some dumbbells, but try to make the movements full body or compound lifts when making the substitutions; or at the very least directly corresponding with the body-part the hammer movement is hitting.
Obviously the idea is to have some fun with these workouts and switch it up while also drawing inspiration from the character, so if you’d like to swap over to a different character we have tons of other jump rope circuits, and also over a thousand other workout routines inside our Workout Database.

The Harley Quinn Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
