I was looking into the most popular female superheroes among Marvel, DC and across the board not only based on fan and viewership, but also here at SHJ, and Elektra is a standout!
Part of me assumes it was because of how awesome Elodie Yung was in the Netflix Marvel series, but also due to how incredible Elektra obviously is as a character herself.
We’ve already had a few other female characters hit our Jump Rope Workouts Database, including a new one last week, but I want to keep them flowing in at a steady pace.
Previously we’ve had our Wonder Woman Inspired Jump Rope Workout (because Lasso of Truth, of course!) and then our Harley Quinn Inspired Jump Rope Workout; but last week we even moved into Mikasa Ackerman’s Inspired Jump Rope Workout coming from Attack on Titan and it made me want to bring in another ninja-like character!
So here we are with Elektra filling that void.

The Elektra Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
