It’s only right we get another Winter Soldier Inspired Workout in preparation of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
This is definitely not the first time we’re seeing Bucky in celebrity and/or character form; and it likely won’t be the last.
I’m actually really excited for this one because we’re going to be utilizing single arm movements with both kettlebells and dumbbells.
Pairing some heavy single arm (alternating) movements with some boxer skips like the soldier Bucky is will be a perfect way to get lean, agile, quick, AND strong all while burning fat and toning up our muscles.
This is also a perfect one to pair with other Jump Rope Workouts within our database if you’d like to weave in and out of this with some other different styles.

The Winter Soldier Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
