Coming off our Falcon and Winter Soldier inspired Jump Rope Workouts I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to hop back over to superhero comics or anime.
So we’re moving into The Avatar Universe instead!
Our Jump Rope Workout Database is filling up quick, and if you’re inside our Core Program Private Community you’ve likely seen I skip essentially every single day!
And while we can’t revolve this workout around water-bending, we CAN revolve it around a ton of Korra’s other abilities, and her overall aesthetic.
Korra is a strong woman: deal with it!

For this one we’re going to be pairing your skips for high intensity fat burning, but mainly focusing on lower body with secondary upper body built within.
So while this is a great lower body workout it also serves as an awesome solo workout, or even paired with other workouts in our Jump Rope Workout Database.

The Korra Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
