Bobby Maximus is a BEAST!
If you don’t know who Bobby Maximus is, that’s okay, I was going to give him a bit of an intro, but I’m actually going to let him do it himself.
Maximus hopped on a Men’s Health video recently and shared a workout routine with them that is going to kick our ass into shape.
On that video he also gives a much better intro bio for himself than I could ever give for him (naturally).
Here’s what he says:
“Hey guys, my name is Bobby Maximus. If you haven’t heard of me, let me introduce myself: I fought professionally in the UFC and I trained a bunch of people in the tier one special operations military community, I’ve written a best selling book, and I’ve been named one of the hundred fittest people to ever walk planet earth by Men’s Health. We are here to get a personal one on one look into what I do in the gym on a daily basis.
Told you there was no way I was topping that…
He also doesn’t slow down. He gets right into it. Which is freakin’ awesome.
He continues by saying:
“Now the gym itself: it’s not pretty. We don’t like fancy. We like stuff grimy and dirty. We are here for one reason, and one reason alone…to get our asses to work.”
So you better be ready, because I was NOT kidding when I said he was about to kick our asses into shape…
Next up Maximus says:
“So what is a Bobby Maximus workout comprised of? There are three components. Number one is feeling good. I want to feel good. I want to be injury free. I want to be up and down the stairs without knee pain and get out of bed without back pain.”
That sounds like something all of the SHJ Army is going to want as well.
He then goes on to tell us about the next two components:
- Performance
- Looking Good
Now these are DEFINITELY two components The SHJ Army wants, so I think we can get behind every single one of these three components.
