You guys want more Fire Force Inspired Workouts and I’m all for it!
I decided to get us started we’re going to be bringing some extra intensity to our future Fire Force Workout Database.
I also recently announced that I’m accepting character requests on our Instagram as well, and we had quite a few of you agree that Shinra would be perfect for our Jump Rope Workout Database – so that’s a nice double whammy.
We have seen quite a few Fire Force Inspired Workouts thus far, but we’re not quite ready for a full database.
A handful more and we’ll be able to add it within our larger Anime Workouts Database and even throw in a Workout Placement Quiz for it as well.
But in the meantime let’s stick with what we’re working for here with some added intensity.
Don’t have a jump rope!?

But, as I said, this is definitely not the first Fire Force Inspired Workout we’ve seen.

As you can tell: I wasn’t kidding when I said we are getting pretty close to our mini-database!
Just so you know what we’re working with here, we’re going to be training around Shinra’s powers, abilities and overall aesthetic like we did in his original workout routine (which is why we’re not listing out all the research again), but this time it will all be in one circuit that you can place into any other full week’s worth of training in place of endurance or HIIT training.
It could even be our original Shinra Inspired Workout that you place it in!
But get ready for some intensity.
The Shinra Kusakabe Inspired Jump Rope Workout

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
