INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup raw oats
- ½ cup carrots, shredded
- ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- â…“ cup(s) vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 3 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp apple Pie Spice
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Divide evenly between two servings (usually mason jars!).
- Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
- Enjoy!
