Brian Shaw is an absolute tank of a human and has been an unstoppable force for years.
If you guys are into World’s Strongest Man competitions, powerlifting, or even just lifting heavy ass weights in general: you’ve likely come across Brian Shaw!
You can check out more of his content on his Instagram account: @shawstrengthÂ
Here’s how they break down his initial bio on the Brian Shaw Wiki page:
Brian Shaw is an American professional strongman competitor and winner of the 2011, 2013, 2015, and 2016 World’s Strongest Man competitions. In 2011, he became the first man to win the Arnold Strongman Classic and the World’s Strongest Man contests in the same calendar year, a feat he replicated in 2015.
And now we get to train using his chest workout!
Brian Shaw sat down with Muscle and Fitness and spilled the details of a full day and typical chest workout – and now it’s time to put it to the test.
If you want to see the full day you can actually head over to the Olympia’s Instagram Story which is saved as a highlight.
Shaw took it over for the whole day and gave us a full breakdown.
Here’s what M&F tells us leading up to the chest workout:
Shaw starts his day off with some soft-tissue work on a Swisswing, which loosens up muscle tissue with vibration and oscillation. Then he walks on the treadmill for about 10 minutes just to wake up and clear his mind.
After a few good meals and some work and family time, Shaw heads into his home gym for some training with fellow pro strongman Tyler Stickle.
From there they actually give us a quick look at the workout – but I’ll be sharing the full thing below for you guys.
If you decide to give it a shot let me know what you think in the comment section below!
