Joining our Celebrity Workouts within our Workout Database is another performer – this time another singer and songwriter – Kane Brown.
Kane Brown is 28 years old, and had to find a way to stay in his insane shape during the pandemic.
And he crushed it.
So we are lucky enough to be breaking down a video interview and walkthrough he did with Men’s Health discussing his pandemic workout routine.
Men’s Health leads off the video emphasizing a quote from Kane Brown that goes like this:
“I’ve always been this little skinny guy and during the pandemic I decided I was going to get in shape.”
From there we get right into Brown’s introduction to the video, which he
“Hey guys, my name is Kane Brown, today I’m going to walk you through my workout routine. I’ve been having really a lot of fun since I’ve been working out, just because it’s like a sport thing to me and I’m very competitive. I’ve done it for a whole year like six days a week. I’ve seen a lot of progress – it’s good when your wife tells you she can see it, but it’s also cool when a lot of people that you’re around all the time, so that you know, that you’re starting to look a lot better than you did before – and it gives you that mentality to keep going.”
Brown also notes that he’s going to take us through one of his workouts, which means if you replicate this for a total of six days a week you already know how to train like him.
I’m going to be breaking down the full workout routine for you, and then if you’d like you can also pair it with any of the other routines we’ve seen (over 1,000) within our Workout Database as well.
Let’s get into it.
