Our Demon Slayer Workout Database is one of our fastest growing mini-databases within our whole Anime Workouts Database.
We already have three jump rope routines from some of our favorite Demon Slayer characters but now it’s time to bring in Yoriichi.
We’ve been getting some requests for Yoriichi to make another appearance at SHJ being that our original workout is based around weights, so I figured the best way to do that is give you guys a Yoriichi jump rope circuit to add into another calisthenics workout you’re already doing like a double whammy!
But, before we add Yoriichi to our calisthenics workouts, we’re bringing him into our Jump Rope Workouts Database with an INTENSE Demon Slayer training circuit!

And, being that we’ve already broken down Yoriichi’s overall physique/aesthetic and his abilities on that post we will be skipping that section here and moving right into the circuit for this one.
But, don’t worry, I’ll also be sharing some other Demon Slayer and anime inspired awesomeness below as well before we get into it.

Quick recap: this workout is a jump rope circuit based inspired by Yoriichi and if you’d like his full routine you can head over to the Yoriichi Inspired Workout and have a full week of training inspired by Yoriichi with a full breakdown of his background, abilities, and research into why I built the full routine the way I did.
For this one I’m actually going to be sticking to calisthenics and taking advantage of the fact that I can build a [somewhat] beginner jump rope circuit (when scaled down a bit) for you guys based around Yoriichi’s overall physique and abilities.
You can obviously scale this one the same way we usually recommend scaling our jump rope circuits, but being that we’re working around the most powerful Demon Slayer out there, we’re going to be revolving this one around a super high intensity!

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
