Nezuko uses a bamboo muzzle throughout the remainder of the series and Tanjiro carries her in the basket, which he reinforced by bamboo.

Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound bamboo shoots (450g, fresh or canned)
- 2 thin slices ginger
- teaspoons sugar or brown sugar (rock sugar is best if available)
- 2 teaspoons Shaoxing wine
- 1½ tablespoons light soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the ginger and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Turn down the heat, and add the sugar, allowing it to dissolve completely in the oil.
- Add the bamboo and turn up the heat; stir and mix everything together.
- Cook for until the edges of the bamboo start to brown slightly (this could take a few minutes).
- Add the Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and water.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Remove the lid and increase the heat to evaporate excess water.
- Add a couple drops of oil and plate and serve.
