Next up among our Anime Inspired Recipes is going to be Sakura Mochi!
This one is a fun recipe, but not necessarily the easiest to make "diet friendly".
Since we're sticking to the Demon Slayer theme you guys have been liking it was an absolute must to add to our databases, though.

Inspiration: The picture probably gave it away, but this is Mitsuri's favorite dish!
Sweet dishes seem to be a theme among some of our Demon Slayer characters.

Demon Slayer Inspired Workouts
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2-2 cups water
- Red food coloring
- 300 g mochigome sweet rice
- 1 cup red bean paste
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Thoroughly wash your rice.
- Mix water with 1–2 drops of food coloring.
- Mix your mochihgome with the colored water in a rice cooker and cook.
- Stir up your mix to make sure it's combined properly and fill with additional water as needed. (The water should come above the rice level.)
- Let the rice soak for about sixty minutes and then cook.
- Mash your cooked rice into paste and let it cool down.
- Split your red bean paste into 12 rolled balls.
- Slowly begin taking 1/4 cup of rice and slowly rolling them each scoop around your red bean paste balls.
- Use plastic wrap to seal and form an oval shape with your ball.
