If you guys are fans of anime recipes you may have come across some other recipe books other than our Unofficial SHJ Cookbooks and noticed that Luffy's favorite meat is one that is pretty popular.
There are multiple cookbooks that feature it in their own way and for us we're going to be putting it together with the easiest and most calorie friendly way possible.
Anime: One Piece
Inspiration: The inspiration for this one is going to be pretty obvious: we're looking to make Luffy's favorite meat!
One Piece Inspired Workouts:
INGREDIENTS
- ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
- Juice of One Lemon
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- ¼ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 10 Chicken Drumsticks
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix your olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, soy or Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, and paprika together in a medium to large bowl.
- Put your drumsticks in a large ziplock bag and add your mixture.
- Close the bag and toss it to mix the chicken and marinade.
- Refrigerate and let the marinade sit for a minimum of 30-60 minutes (Best duration is 2-10 hours).
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Prep large baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
- Add the chicken to your baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Continue flipping your chicken every 5-10 minutes until it's fully cooked.
