We've been on a One Piece roll lately (none of our recipes have actually been on a roll, so I suppose that's a bad pun, though); and we're back for some more Sanji goodness.
I originally decided to go with this one while watching Issagrill make her version of the recipe on YouTube but then put a twist on it with a recipe I've had in the past that is more protein-friendly.
Anime: One Piece
Inspiration: The One Piece inspiration portion of this comes from Episode 2 of Season 7 when Sanji makes his own variation of this dish in the marine dining room! 🙂

SHJ One Piece Bonuses:
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Cans Bumblebee Tuna Fish
- 4 Large Whole Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 10 Tsp Imperial Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Cup Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain your tuna and mix with all your other ingredients in a medium to large sized bowl.
- Line a baking sheet and then put your mix onto it in the shape of balls.
- Bake on 375F for 20 minutes.
- Serve over red and green pepper stir fry to complete the Sanji-esque high protein recipe.
- Enjoy!
