We're sticking to our One Piece theme for another handful of recipes coming into our Anime Recipes before we move into Dragon Ball Z and some other requests I got; and this time I wanted to bring in an easy, more american style food: a burger.
I mean, it doesn't get more simple than that, right?
But for this one we're making a Monster Burger, inspired by Chapter 312 of One Piece.
Anime: One Piece
Inspiration: In Volume 33, Chapter 312 of One Piece, titled "GOAL!!" we meet the Monster Burger. This is also one of the featured foods in the book of Sanji's recipes, but we'll be doing our own take on it to make it a high protein version since we're looking to have as much protein with as little calories as possible (albeit still making it live up to it's title of MONSTER burger!)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 2 Large Egg Whites (For Mix)
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning
- Onion Chopped
- Pepper To Taste
- Lettuce for Topping
- Tomato for Topping
- 1 Whole Eggs for Toppings (Each Burger)
- Black Pepper - Your choice
- 1 Slice Low Fat American Cheese
- 1 Slice Dave's Killer White Bread Toasted (To Mix)
- 1 Dave's Killer Bread Organic White Burger Bun
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together your Beef, Egg Whites, Garlic, Onion, Salt & Pepper, and toasted chopped up Dave's Killer White Bread slice
- Shape your burger(s) however big you like them
- Put them on your grill over medium heat and cook them for a couple minutes a side
- Add your Cheese onto your burgers about 30-60 seconds prior to them being done cooking/being ready to remove them from the grill
- In a frying pan prepare your whole egg(s), fried over easy for each burger.
- Add Lettuce, Tomato, Over-Easy Egg and any condiment you'd like (add to your calories below) and place on your Dave's Killer Bread Organic White Burger Bun
- Enjoy!
