I have a whole section devoted to Mark Wahlberg in my book Superhuman Secrets because he is one of the best guinea pigs you could have as a case study among celebrities in fitness.
He has tried so many different phases and styles of training.
Bodybuilding, bro-diet, circuit training, bone broth diet, and so many other variations.
You can find some of his main training on our other Mark Wahlberg Workout Routine and Diet Plan article, but now we’re going to be talking about the newest system he’s working with: F45.
The F45 style is usually compared to a CrossFit type of training, but in reality it’s much similar to the way celebrities train on a normal everyday basis with their personal trainers.
Celebrities like high intensity, quick and efficient, fat burning, ever-changing (and therefore not boring) styles of training.
Which is also exactly what our SHJ Legacy Program is as well.
But, you’ll see what this style of training is like below, and this is just a glimpse into the world of F45 and circuit style ever-changing programming that Wahlberg is currently utilizing.
Mark Wahlberg F45 Workout Routine
