INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops PEScience Gourmet Vanilla Select protein
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips
- 4-6 Tbsp Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Slowly add the almond milk (stir in gradually as you pour) until the mixture resembles a slight crumbly cookie dough.
3. Divide your now singular cookie dough ball into half a dozen pieces and roll them between your palms to form smooth smaller protein bites.
4. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later!
