Although we’ve only seen Sailor Moon one other time here at SHJ, she is an extremely popular character within our Anime Workouts Database.
Now our anime workouts here at SHJ are exploding on a regular basis considering the popularity they have among our SHJ Army, but Sailor Moon was one of our first handful of female anime characters requested.
That being said, we even made our original Sailor Moon Inspired Workout build around a beginner style model to really focus in on achieving her aesthetic.
For this one we’ll be staying on track with that and focusing in on her aesthetic again for our cosplayers, but this time it’ll be a one-shot workout that can be paired with other workouts within our Jump Rope Workouts Database!
And, yes, you CAN use these workouts 4-5+ days per week by switching in and out of them!

I use my jump rope every single day, and generally it’s structured similar to the workout I’m going to be creating below; but with a ton of different variables (and ever-changing adaptation to my goals).
To keep this one at a beginner level I’ll also be sticking to calisthenics for this one and focusing in on core work, legs/glutes, and toning.
That means if you want to step it up a notch and tack on weight training you can do so by making some of these include the weight, or even use this as a cooldown bodyweight day in between other weight training days that you pair this with.
The options are endless.

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
