As I mentioned in our new Korra Inspired Jump Rope Workout, I decided I wanted to finally get our Avatar Universe in our Jump Rope Workout Database.
We recently had our Avatar Mini Workout Database added to the site, and now I want to spread them out as much as we can!
We have seen tons of superheroes and now even anime characters used as inspiration to create jump rope workouts, but our favorite Avatar characters feel like a great way to break it up and add in a fun flair.
Even though our original Aang and Korra inspired workouts revolved mainly around calisthenics training, these new jump rope workouts gave be a chance to play around their strengths with some weight training as well.
Of course the priority will also be becoming tone and agile due to the rope, but that just makes it even better!

Korra’s new training revolved around lower body with upper body secondary, but for Aang we’re going to focus in upper and let the skipping hit the lower.
That also means that this is a great workout to pair with some other lower body workouts throughout the course of the week as well!

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
