We already saw Stipe Miocic’s Leg Workout this week, and now it’s time for Francis Ngannou.
Francis didn’t hop on a Men’s Health video like Stipe, but he actually has FAR more than that for us.
Francis actually has a full YouTube Channel devoted to camp, training and behind the scenes action that he shares with us, along with training he shares on his personal Instagram as well.
For this one I’ll be specifically breaking down a core workout routine – but there are a TON of different videos and routines you can pick from similar to how we have our Workout Database.
Although this week we’re definitely adding some awesome fighters to our growing collection of fighters and professional athletes within our Celebrity Workouts Database.
We’ve seen a bunch of other core workouts, but this one is an AWESOME on to tack on into a full routine, which is exactly why I picked it.
