We just released our Unofficial Fairy Tail Workout Booklet this week and it’s time to bring back a fan favorite.
We’ve seen our original Gray Fullbuster Inspired Workout and now it’s time to add him to our Jump Rope Workouts with a super intense circuit.
This can obviously be added into our original workout, or any of the other workouts within our Workout Database (or Anime Workout Database) – with scaling and tips provided on the main jump rope workouts page if needed.
Gray Fullbuster is a character that I’ve been wanting to swing back to for more than one reason – one of which is the fact that so many members of The SHJ Army want to unlock his overall aesthetic and physique.
Another reason is that he is also one of The Most Popular Fairy Tail Characters of All Time – which makes him a great character to continue motivating more new members.

But, like I said, this definitely isn’t the first time we’re seeing a Fairy Tail Inspired Workout here at SHJ.

We aren’t going to be learning how to perform any ice magic for this one, but we are still going to be keeping Fullbuster’s powers and abilities in mind.
Two things we are definitely going to be working on that we know of Gray Fullbuster are his enhanced strength and enhanced agility.
These are two perfect things to pair with the intensity the jump rope is going to bring us – while also testing our limits.
And while this one won’t end up on our Fairy Tail Workout Placement Quiz (we only use full routines for that), this is a perfect circuit to add in some intensity to ANY routine within our Anime Workouts Database.
If we can push through and still perform the movements even with this intensity and our heart rates likely sky high, we’re going to continue pushing forward and improving with this circuit test!

Explanation:
Our new jump rope workouts can be completed in multiple different formats and are extremely easy to scale. They emulate our Superhuman System and Core Program training and are incredible for both beginner and advanced users. You can complete them by doing the “Rounds” as sets (and breaking in between), or complete the entire thing as a circuit with no break (while keeping track of your time and looking to improve the next time you do it). You can also scale by dropping the sets, or scaling the movements; as well as adding breaks where needed.
Also, don’t forget to eventually level up your jump rope and/or speed rope as you progress through these jump rope workouts.
