The Playing Card Workout
Andrew says “A great way to hit challenge goals is the deck of card circuit.”
And he explains that each suit equals a workout and the number on the card is the amount of reps:
Hearts: Push Ups
Diamonds: Pull Ups
Clubs: Sit Ups/Crunches
Spades: Air Squats/Lunges
Face Cards are 15 Reps
Aces are 20 Reps
Jokes (if added) are 10-15 Burpees
