Celebrities adapt the same way we have to.
And, luckily for us, they’ve been sharing more and more of their home-based training.
We recently saw some celebrities that we’ve already had on the site (some even with multiple workout variations already), that have been kind enough to share these home routines.

The star of Black Sails and Umbrella Academy hit to his yard with wife and children and filmed an awesome home circuit for everyone to utilize while stuck at home!

Tom Hopper Home Workout
Training Volume:

Explanation:
Tom Hopper shared his home quarantine workout with Men’s Health recently, and his wife jumped in and subbed out some of the movements. You can use this multiple times a week, but I suggest throwing it in every once in a while with some of the other recent circuits we’ve seen from celebrities (which can be found in The Workout Database).
Training Duration:
