First we got our Bruce Lee ab workout and then we got a Zac Efron ab workout.
If you didn’t notice, I’m focusing on abs this week because we’re working out way into a whole new category at SHJ!
Our Workout Database is FULL of weekly celebrity workout routines, character inspired workout routines, and even diet plans.
But The SHJ Army wants more.
So one of the things we’re looking to grow into slowly but surely is body part focused workout routines: starting with abs.
What’s the reason for this?
Good question.
People want to be able to piece together their ultimate celebrity workout routine.
So maybe you want KJ Apa’s ab workout, but you also want The Rocks arm workout and Chris Evans chest workout.
Instead of going and finding it in each of their individual full articles you can simply scan through each body part section and pick and choose which workouts you want to build out your full routine.
But anyways, before we get too far ahead of ourselves on how awesome SHJ is going to be with all our sick and incredible updates, let’s move on with the show we’re all currently here for: KJ Apa’s Ab Workout.
Apa trains with celebrity personal trainer Alex Fine who, as I’ve mentioned in the past, trains stars like Apa, Chase Stokes, Charles Melton, Cole Sprouse, Madelaine Petsch, Mark Consuelos, and even recently Grant Gustin!

Explanation:
This ab workout can also be found within KJ Apa’s Workout Routine (full weekly workout), but this is specifically his favorite ab workout used with his celebrity trainer Alex Fine. This can be added in multiple times a week or even adjusted to include different movements and exercises.
