Ryan Reynolds’ ab workout is one that I think everyone wants a piece of.
Actually, I can say that with a certainty considering our Ryan Reynold Workout Routine and Diet Plan is one of the top workouts on the site.
Reynolds’ workout routines have actually made it to three different top listicles:

It’s safe to say that him and his celebrity trainer Don Saladino are doing something right.
Something VERY right.
This workout is actually one that Saladino shared in the past that Reynolds used for his initial Deadpool transformation.
The pair have been training together for over ten years now, and in our most recent updates for Reynolds Deadpool 2 Circuit I actually shared that Saladino made mention to the fact that they have cut a good chunk of the specific ab targeting from the training that they do.
From what I was reading it functions a lot like what we do inside our Superhuman System in regards to all around circuit cross training, hitting a little bit of everything, shredding fat and letting the abs pop while toning the rest of the muscles!
