We recently just hosted our first even celebrity meal plan that was separate from our celeb nutrition research you find within the articles in our Workout Database.
But now we’re here for a bit of a different approach to meal planning.
Dwayne Johnson is HUGE. We’re seen first hand what kind of training he does with our initial Dwayne Johnson Workout Routine and Diet Plan, and again with our Dwayne Johnson Hercules Workout, but but now it’s time for the diet that comes along with it!
This is the exact opposite of what we just saw with Mark Wahlberg’s Bone Broth Fast Meal Plan, which helped Wahlberg lost 10 lbs in just 5 days because Johnson eats A TON of food for this one.
We’re going from a weight-loss fast to a huge bulking meal plan to hit both sides of it for you.
You could even potentially utilize some of the mass gainers we recently talked about to help you make up some of the calories if you need.
Either way you have to be ready to pack down the calories for this one.
We know Dwayne Johnson has also utilized cheat meals (if you follow him you likely see posts from time to time regarding his weekly cheat meals), and he’s all about his indulgences, but this plan doesn’t really leave you with any extra room!
The cheating here would actually be straying away from the massive bulking protocol he utilized.
