INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 container Low Fat Greek yogurt
- 32g peanut butter protein powder (I prefer PEScience for this one, but you can also check my Top 5 Protein Powders)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the banana, yogurt, protein, almond milk and ice into your blender and blend until smooth!
- Top with banana slices if desired.
- Enjoy!
