Emily Blunt’s Diet and Meal Plan will NOT be the first meal plan from a female celebrity that lands on SHJ, but it WILL be the first female celebrity diet and meal plan that’s hosted on it’s own (outside of a workout article).
And that is something to celebrate!
We’ve actually seen hundreds of female celeb diets and meal plans within our Workout Database where every initial article on the celebrity also includes their dietary research, but Emily Blunts meal plan is a great one to share solo!
We obviously already saw our original Emily Blunt Workout Routine and Diet Plan article (if that wasn’t clear), but our new Celebrity Diet Database that we’re currently building to go alongside the Workout Database and Healthy Recipe Database will consist of articles that are STRICTLY the celeb diets.
Makes sense, right?
So Emily Blunt is joining a pretty awesome group of diets!
Blunt’s diet isn’t super strict, which is right in line with what I’ve found is extremely popular among female celebs (Basic Healthy Diet which also includes some indulgences), but is also a nice mix of her routes from the UK while showing that he taste buds also fancy some Asian and American cuisine as well!
If you want to learn more about the my research into hundreds of celebrities training and meal plans you can always check out my book Superhuman Secrets (or work your way through the rest of the site), but for now let’s get into Blunt’s full day of eating!
