Captain America and Riverdale babe in the same week…what could be better?
By that I actually mean Chris Evans’ Captain America Diet Plan and now Madelaine Petsch’s Diet Plan!
Madelaine Petsch stars in Riverdale as Cheryl Blossom and in an interview she was nice enough to give a sample meal plan for her typical daily diet!
Which means you guys get to use it to build out your own diets and get ideas like we’ve seen with some celebrities diets in the past!
Being that our Celeb Diet Plan Database hasn’t launched yet (at least at the time I’m writing this article), I figure it’s best to simply share our celebrity diets that we’ve seen outside of all the nutritional research you can find in within the individual articles inside our Workout Database.
We’ve recently seen Mark Wahlberg’s Bone Broth Fast Diet Plan, Dwayne Johnson’s Hercules Diet Plan, Emily Blunt’s Diet Plan, and Joe Manganiello’s Diet Plan!
And if that wasn’t clear: our entire Workout Database is full of Celebrity Workouts and also Character Inspired Workouts, and 300+ Celebrity Workouts also include the nutrition and dietary research that I utilized to write my book Superhuman Secrets.
We are now separating that research and creating a Celeb Diet Plan Database to host strictly the nutritional information I have gathered to make it nice and easy for you guys!
Tack that one with our Healthy Recipe Database that is growing at super-speed and we’re making some crazy nutrition moves here at SHJ.
But, enough of the excitement and hype, let’s talk about Madelaine Petsch and what she shared in the interview I mentioned above before we make our way into the actual diet plan.
To be clear, I’m pulling this from interviews with Petsch but also the research I have already done for her original article: The Madelaine Petsch Workout and Diet Plan.
Here’s one thing that we definitely need to start with:
“I’ve been plant-based my whole life,” the Riverdale actress, 23, tells PEOPLE. “Being vegan keeps my body fueled and running smoothly.”
And while Petsch does switch up her eating from time to time she makes sure to mention that she does stick to her “go-to” meals:
While Petsch repeats some of her meals – “I eat [overnight oats] everyday!” she says – she also allows herself to switch it up depending on her schedule.
From there she eventually shares her full daily breakdown as close as it can get to her everyday diet plan.
I’ll share the full diet below and give you another chance to grab a PDF copy of it as well!
