INGREDIENTS
- 2 Slices low calorie bread (I prefer Sara Lee 45 Calorie Bread; which comes in all different variations!)
- 4 tbsp (24 g) PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) sugar substitute
- 2 tbsp water
- 2-3 tbsp (34-51 g) sugar-free/low calorie jelly (I generally grab a thing of Smuckers)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Take out 2 slices of low calorie bread and set aside
- In a small dish add your PB2, sugar substitute, and water (for a thicker peanut butter only add 1 Tbsp).
- Mix!
- Evenly apply your peanut butter to both slices of low-calorie bread and then top with 2-3 tbsp of your your favorite low-cal jelly.
- Enjoy!
