- Take out 2 slices of low calorie bread and set aside
- In a small dish add your PB2, sugar substitute, and water (for a thicker peanut butter only add 1 Tbsp).
- Evenly apply your peanut butter to both slices of low-calorie bread and then top with 2-3 tbsp of your your favorite low-cal jelly.
