- 12 ounces white flaked tuna in water, drained
- ¾ cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery finely diced
- 1 green onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt & pepper [to taste]
- Drain the tuna.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together.
I prefer to use this with low-calorie bread for sandwiches. You should be able to find bread with as low as 45 calories per slice 🙂
