INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1/4 cup PB2 peanut butter powder
- 1/4 cup old fashion oats
- 2 (roughly) tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine your whey protein, PB2, oats and almond butter.
- Mix. Mix more.
- You're going to think I'm crazy, but have some faith and keep mixing until it all comes together and can be made into four balls.
You may have to play around a bit with the exact serving size of your protein and almond milk being that certain protein powders scoop sizes will be slightly different, but the amount of liquid is very important to whether or not they turn to mush!
